Fair Use Policy

AIVIMAT is a professional platform built on trust, quality, and constructive participation. This Fair Use Policy applies to all users regardless of plan — Basic, AIVIMAT Pro, Founding Professional, Founding Company, or any future tier.

It exists to protect the community, keep the platform useful, and ensure that benefits are used as intended. It is not a legal trap; it is a shared expectation of honest behaviour.

General expectations

All platform members are expected to:

• Use the platform for genuine professional purposes
• Post content that is honest, relevant, and constructive
• Respect other members and the quality of shared spaces
• Follow the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Prohibited behaviour

The following are considered violations of this policy across all plans:

Spam and low-quality content

• Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or mass-generated content
• Using automated tools to post, comment, or interact at scale without authorisation
• Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent rate limits or restrictions

Platform manipulation

• Artificially inflating follower counts, engagement, or visibility metrics
• Gaming search rankings, feed algorithms, or recommendation systems
• Exploiting platform features in ways they were not intended

Founder benefit misuse

• Attempting to transfer, sell, or share founder status with others
• Using founder badges or recognition for misleading marketing
• Applying for founder status under false pretences

Fraudulent claims

• Submitting false company claims or verification requests
• Impersonating another person, company, or organisation
• Providing misleading evidence in applications or reviews

Job and hiring abuse

• Posting fake, misleading, or spam job listings
• Using job features for lead generation or data harvesting
• Re-posting the same listing repeatedly to maintain visibility

Harassment and harmful conduct

• Targeted harassment, threats, or intimidation of other users
• Publishing private information about others without consent
• Discriminatory or abusive behaviour in any platform interaction

Plan-specific notes

Basic (Free) and Pro plans

All standard fair use rules apply. Usage limits such as posting rates, messaging caps, and content size limits are enforced as described in platform documentation. Exceeding these limits through normal use is fine; circumventing them is not.

Founding Professional

Founders are expected to be active, constructive platform participants. Extended inactivity or purely passive holding of founder status may result in a review. Founder perks are for the approved individual only.

Founding Company

Company founder status applies to the approved organisation. It does not grant unlimited resources. Job posting volume, team seat counts, and API usage remain subject to platform limits. Company founders are expected to maintain an accurate, up-to-date company profile.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, content removal, pausing of plan benefits, or account suspension. For founder members, violations may additionally result in revocation of founder status and associated perks.

Enforcement decisions can be appealed through our standard appeals process. We aim to be fair, transparent, and proportionate.
