Founder Program Terms

These terms govern the AIVIMAT Founder Program, including both the Founding Professional and Founding Company tracks. By applying for or accepting founder status, you agree to these terms alongside our Terms of Service, Fair Use Policy, and Pricing Policy.

Eligibility and approval

• Founder status is available only to a limited number of applicants. Seats are capped and managed by the AIVIMAT team.
• Every application is reviewed manually. Approval is not automatic and is at AIVIMAT’s discretion.
• For Founding Company, the applicant must be a verified admin or owner of the company page on AIVIMAT.
• Only one active founder application per person per track, and one per company, is permitted.

Non-transferable

Founder status is tied to the specific user account or company that was approved. It cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or reassigned to another account, person, or organisation.

Active account required

Founder benefits are available only while your account is active and in good standing. If your account is suspended, blocked, or deleted, founder benefits are paused or forfeited.

Fair use

Founder benefits are subject to our Fair Use Policy. In plain terms: use the platform honestly and constructively. Spam, automation abuse, manipulation of platform features, impersonation, fake company claims, and misuse of founder perks are all violations.

Founder pricing lock

• Approved founders receive a locked pricing advantage on future paid plans and upgrades.
• This pricing advantage remains active only while your subscription (if applicable) remains active and in good standing.
• If you cancel a paid subscription, the locked founder pricing is forfeited. Re-subscribing may be at the then-current standard price.
• The pricing advantage applies to the plans specified at the time of your approval. It does not automatically extend to future enterprise add-ons, metered services, or entirely new product lines.

What is not included

• Founding status does not grant unlimited usage of the platform.
• Metered services, enterprise features, and future add-on products are not included unless explicitly stated.
• Founding Professional does not mean “all Pro features forever.” It provides recognition and a pricing advantage, not a blanket subscription.
• Founding Company does not mean unlimited job posts, unlimited team seats, or unlimited API access.
• Access to all future premium features is not guaranteed. Benefits may evolve as the platform develops.

Pausing and revocation

AIVIMAT reserves the right to pause or revoke founder perks in the following circumstances:

• Extended inactivity on the platform
• Violation of the platform Terms of Service or Fair Use Policy
• Abuse, spam, or misuse of founder benefits
• Fraudulent or misleading application
• Conduct that harms the platform community

Where possible, we will notify you before revoking founder status and explain the reason. Revocation decisions may be appealed through our standard appeals process.

Benefit evolution

The specific perks included in the Founder Program may change over time as the platform evolves. If we restructure plans in a way that affects founder benefits, we will provide equivalent replacement benefits where reasonable. We will communicate changes in advance.

No spam or abuse

Founders are held to the same standards as all platform members, plus additional expectations of constructive participation. Using founder status to send unsolicited messages, post low-quality content at scale, or game platform systems is grounds for immediate revocation.
