Pricing Policy

This page explains how AIVIMAT handles pricing, billing, and plan changes. We believe in transparency: you should know what you are paying for, what is free, and what might change.

Current plans and pricing

Personal plans

• Basic — Free. Core access including profile, discussions, jobs browse, and basic messaging.
• Premium Starter — $4.99/month or $48/year. Premium identity, edit posts, bookmark folders, and early feature access.
• Premium Pro — $14.99/month or $150/year. Stronger visibility, publishing, discovery, and metered AI feature credits (not unlimited).
• Premium Pro+ — $29.99/month or $300/year. Highest visibility tier, deeper analytics, and creator-oriented tools.
• Founding Professional — Application only. No charge. Separate founder program; see Founder Program Terms.

Company plans

• Company Basic — Free. Company page with starter admin, job, and tool limits.
• Business Starter — $39/month or $390/year. Verified company tools, more seats and listings, and better analytics.
• Business Growth — $99/month or $990/year. Featured visibility, premium support, and growth-oriented company tools.
• Enterprise — Custom pricing. Contact sales for security, governance, volume, and integrations.
• Founding Company — Application only. No charge. Separate founder program; see Founder Program Terms.

Founder plans are application-based and capped

The Founding Professional and Founding Company tracks are not open subscriptions. They require a manual application, are reviewed by the AIVIMAT team, and are limited to a capped number of seats. When the cap is reached, applications are closed until capacity is reviewed.

Founder plans do not grant unlimited usage or access to all future premium features. See the Founder Program page and Founder Program Terms for full details.

Founder pricing advantage

• Approved founders receive a locked pricing advantage on the plans available at the time of their approval.
• This advantage is conditional: it remains active only while the account and any associated subscription remain active and in good standing.
• Cancelling a paid subscription forfeits the locked pricing. Re-subscribing may be at the then-current standard price.
• The pricing advantage does not automatically extend to new product lines, enterprise add-ons, or metered services introduced after the founder’s approval date.

Future paid products and add-ons

AIVIMAT may introduce additional paid products, features, or services in the future. These may include enterprise tiers, metered API access, advanced analytics packages, or other offerings. Such products will be priced and described separately when they are available. Existing plan benefits do not automatically include future products unless explicitly stated.

Pricing changes

Plan pricing and feature sets may change over time as the platform develops. If we change pricing:

• We will communicate changes in advance through the platform and/or email.
• Active paid subscribers will be notified before their renewal at the new price.
• Approved founders with a locked pricing advantage will continue to receive their locked rate on applicable plans, as described in the Founder Program Terms.
• If a plan is discontinued, we will offer a migration path or equivalent replacement.

Billing and payment processing

AIVIMAT is progressively rolling out payment processing. Paid plan features may not be available for purchase in all regions or at all times during the rollout period. Where payment processing is not yet active, we will clearly indicate this in the billing interface rather than present a non-functional checkout. A launch offer of 50% off the first three months on paid monthly plans will apply when checkout goes live, as described on the Pricing page.

When payment processing is active, billing is handled through a secure third-party payment provider. AIVIMAT does not store credit card details directly.

Refunds

Refund policies for paid plans will be described at the point of purchase when billing is active. In general, we aim to handle refund requests fairly and promptly. Contact our support team for billing questions.
